Train from the comfort of your own home/living room/hotel room, shaving off the gym commuting time. This makes it an exceptionally convenient and time-efficient way of training, whether you are at home or away for work or on holiday.

Start your day with some 'you time', before work, family and everything else takes over. 

On the occasions you are not able to attend the workout LIVE (because we recognise that life happens), the workout is recorded and sent to you afterwards so you can do it later that day. No missing out.

FEEL BETTER
We all feel so much better for having moved our bodies.

The sessions are 30 minutes long. We start off with some mobility/yoga and follow this up with a sweaty workout using a mix of bodyweight, weights and resistance bands, followed by a well earned stretch and cool down.

In your second month of training you will be sent a suggested kit list of a couple of dumbbells to keep at home to take your workouts up a gear.

Your goals are reviewed monthly to keep you focused and motivated.

HEY, I'M JESS
As a Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and ‘foodie’, I am passionate about the power of food, movement and our mindset, and the influence, positive or negative, it has on our health. 

My mission is to educate & inspire people to achieve & sustain their health & body shape goals.

When you understand exactly how your body works & what it needs to thrive, you can quickly shift the production of what you're physically & mentally able to do each day.

Inspiring people to take micro steps to turn their health around is my passion, and in my 10+ years of working in the health and fitness industry, I've found that it's sometimes the most simple changes (performed consistently) that make the biggest difference. I've also realised that it's not a lack of information that's often the issue, it's having it put across in a way that's relatable, inspiring & feels achievable. 

By running my nutrition clinic, exercise classes & teaching high-end nutrition workshops to businesses around the world, I am able to turn her body of knowledge into a simple, straight-forward process that gets results & avoids unnecessary overwhelm and frustration to save my clients time.

I live on the island of Menorca where I run my Online Nutrition Clinic and Online Workout Club from, and when I'm not in my yoga/workout gear, I spend my days in denim shorts and a swimming costume with a cafetiere of chai tea by my desk, a smoothie of some kind in hand (usually of the green or berry variety) and our two-year-old rescue dog 'Boni' never far away.

I love travelling the world & hibernating in the winter in my comfiest socks, yoga pants and pineapple-esque hair. I love to get out into nature, picnic on a deserted beach and stroll along the coast with a hot tea and homemade hiking bar in my backpack.

As a leading Personal Trainer, fitness expert & Nutrition Coach, I have worked with CEOs, entrepreneurs , high level executives, top class athletes & clients around the globe to rapidly upgrade their energy, transform their bodies, & enhance mental clarity. 

I teach smart ways for creating more energy, more mental clarity, & more stamina throughout the day. 

My approach focusses on simplicity, having fun, giving insight into why exercises and foods are chosen & increasing areas of life such as sleep, energy, mood, longevity, and other areas holistically connected to the above.

Most days you can find me in Menorca, Spain. I am mostly known for personal training/coaching either online or in person here on the island. 

People often refer to me as someone who takes pride in what they do and getting lasting results is important to me. I love serving the world by helping people improve their health and self image. 

The things I am most passionate about in life are my nutritionist wife Jess, my family, adventuring outdoors here in Menorca, hiking, snorkelling and travelling the world.

I work with people that are time poor who deserve results. Each of us is different so treating everyone with that difference in mind helps get sustainable results. 

I train people online via Skype or Zoom calls which works incredible well providing you have space in your home to do so. Minimal kit is required.

What are the workouts like?
The workout are 30 minutes, beginning with a dynamic stretch and warm up so that we bring the heart rate up and get the body to temperature and your muscles lightly exercised. 

The warmup is then followed by a challenging/fun/sweaty workout which you do at YOUR pace, whilst being led and kept an eye on by me so I can watch your form and offer you positive & constructive feedback.

We finish up with an important cool down which a lot of people skip but it's a really important part to ensure you don't get injured and you don't feel stiff for days afterwards. We'll open up the hips and lower body and stretch out the spine. 

The classes will leave you feeling well exercised but they're not designed to totally deplete you - we do breath work to start and finish to get your nervous system in the relaxed/fat burning zone - all explained in the sessions.
I just can’t get motivated to exercise - how will this help me?
The groups are capped across the exercise groups which means we'll quickly spot if you're not in the session, giving you the accountability that people often need to get their bodies back into the swing of exercising regularly. 

The workouts allow you to exercise from your own home so no gym memberships or travelling time are required turning the common conundrum of "I should have exercised today, but I just couldn’t get myself motivated & I can’t seem to find or make the time" into "I trained this morning and loved it and it couldn't have been easier and more time-efficient".

Our goal is to make exercising a consistent part of your weekly routine and one that you enjoy, with a small group of like-minded people and also make it financially affordable for people, whilst giving them a group of people to show up to!

Our sessions are full of encouragement, whilst pushing you so you see and feel the results. 

You will gain access to a private WhatsApp group for on the-go access to both me & your workout buddies and your goals will be reviewed monthly.
When are the sessions? 
I run two classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 AM, 7:10 AM and 8 AM UK time. Members of the Online Workout Club can join either time depending on what time best suits them that day, which allows for flexibility to fit around work, kids, or travel commitments. 

If you aren't able to join live one day, then you can let me know in advance and I'll send you the recorded workout so you can do it later that day and send me a selfie to show that you've caught up on the workout (great added accountability).

We keep the numbers capped across the two groups so we can keep the workouts and our support personal but we have an active waiting list so that if/when a space frees up, you will be the first to know.

Can I train just once a week?
To feel and see results, all our group online clients train 3 x per week with us so if you are on the 6:30 AM slot, you will train 3 x per week at this time - this is to get you and your body into the routine of moving.

At the moment we don't offer group online training for clients to train just 1-2 x per week, but again, express your interest on hello@theonlineworkoutclub.com and I'll add you to our waiting list along with your feedback so I can touch base with you if this setup changes.

How do I access the workouts?
We'll have a quick tech set up call before you join your first workout so that we can get your laptop/iPad/phone camera in the right place so don't worry about the tech setup, it's incredibly easy. Once you've set it up once, you'll know for all future online workouts with me :-) 


We use a platform called 'Zoom' which is very much like Skype but easier to use. You will dial into the workout from your phone/iPad or iPhone using a specific workout ID number and this allows me to see you and you to see me, along with your other workout buddies. 

Everyone is muted so that the only person that you can hear is myself or Tom & our feedback to you as you do the workout in real time with us, and at the end we unmute everyone to give you all a virtual high five!

It's very simple. 

THESE WORKOUTS ARE FOR YOU IF:
  • You need accountability. You know you 'should' be exercising but it currently isn't a consistent part of your life for whatever reason (work, kids or no time).
  • Unused gym membership. Your gym membership is gathering cobwebs.
  • You travel a lot with work. As long as you have a WIFI connection and access to a mobile device or laptop, these online workouts will travel with you.
  • Lack of time. You've got a lot going on and finding the time to exercise is a struggle. Being able to train from your living room/hotel room and cutting out the travel time to a gym is invaluable.
  • Lack of inspiration or direction. You're feeling uninspired on the exercise-front and want to try something new.
  • You want results. You're not seeing the results you want and deserve with your current exercis regime and you want to switch things up.

What will it cost me?
The workouts work out £14 each if join the classes 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), so £170 a month and I reset the membership every 4 weeks, giving the current members first refusal. 

We have a private WhatsApp group for all members so we can keep in touch on the move and high five one another post workout.

Alternatively if you would like to train at a time that is more convenient for you our one-on-one 40 minute sessions are £65.

Let us know if you're 'in', and we'll begin ASAP.

You'll then be sent your Starter Form to fill out which goes into your goals, injuries etc. so we can adapt the sessions accordingly. We will send you the link to this form and the link to our online calls once we've had confirmation from you.

I am in my 4th month of doing Jess' online live workouts - 3 times per week in the morning for 30 minutes, either at 6.30am or 7.10 am. I enjoy the discipline these morning slots give me, and they ensure that I start the day feeling awake, energised and ready for work! I always feel good afterwards and am pretty much a dress size smaller since I started. The workouts are tough but flexible (as if you tire there is usually an easier version of each exercise that you can do, if need be, then you can go back to the harder version should you wish). Jess follows carefully what each person is doing and will ask us to correct our form if not done correctly and also encourages us to push ourselves/complete a particular set of repetitions. The exercises are always varied and in my 4th month I feel more energised and there's definitely less of me! It also helps with general mood and positivity! Jess' enthusiasm is infectious and it is great knowing that she will be there to help you start your day and to reach your health and fitness goals. I like the flexibility of being able to join either the 6.30 or 7.10 slot without giving notice of changing and I always feel like I've had a great workout. Jess is very friendly, responsive and approachable, so communication regarding sessions, payment, questions on the exercises etc. are easy. I cannot recommend these live sessions enough!
